Horoscopes

Virgo (August 23 – September 22)

Vigilant Virgos work hard to be perfect and to constantly improve. That’s a great feature to have in life, whether you’re interviewing for a job or going out for an org. Your interest in learning new skills makes you a great team member! Be careful not to go too overboard. You do not need to meet other people’s standards of perfection as that can be really toxic to yourself. To avoid the toxicity, spend some time connecting with the Earth. Perhaps pick up meditation or do yoga outside to center yourself amongst the chaos. You make a great healer for others, but also heal yourself!

Libra (September 23 – October 22)

Hiring season is not the best time for our lovely Libras. As the sign represented by scales, you crave balance and equilibrium in your day to day life. This week throws a wrench into all of that. As the sign that most loves companionship, this may be the time to reach out to your significant others or your besties and lean on each other through this messy time. That same need for balance is actually your best feature, Libras! Your honesty and necessity to be fair make you great leaders and someone that people can trust. Watch out for distractions this week as they may trip up that delicate balance.

Scorpio (October 23 – November 21)

Looks like we’ll be seeing you across the table, Scorpio. You love the power, and it shouldn’t come as a surprise if you aren’t too worried about hiring this week. You command a room and bring your sharp sting to the board room. That might get you in trouble though as not everyone wants to deal with a stinger. You may think you’re calculated and controlled, but to some, you may come off as angry and rash. That can get you in trouble when you’re trying to make a first impression. Instead, use that Scorpionic energy for an ambitious project and introducing new ideas into a workroom!

Sagittarius (November 22 – December 21)

Get excited Sagittarians, because this week is about to be hectic. You love a chase and a new adventure seems to be right around the corner! This is the perfect time to put yourself out there and go for that higher position that you’ve been eyeing or to take on a new project. Watch out for that full moon in Pisces as it may bring on your need to party, which can distract from the mission at hand. Though you can be free-spirited, it may lead to some messy situations as you might lose focus. Make sure to take some alone time to recenter your focus and to slow down after moving so quickly.

Capricorn (December 22 – January 19)

This is a busy week for you, Capricorn. Once again, you may find yourself in a common situation of taking on too much. Take a step back, and know when to cut yourself off. Your ruling planet Saturn has been retrograde since April which has forced you to learn some truths about yourself. If you can go with that energy, you will see successes soon. Try not to go against the tide, or you’ll find yourself under it. Remember that you are strong, but don’t be afraid to rely on your friends if you’re feeling overwhelmed. Compassion is just as important as professional advancement.

Aquarius (January 20 – February 18)

Hiring season means Aquarians need to focus that free-spirited energy into making a good mark on the people trying to hire them. This can prove to be really stressful since you may feel the need to reject authority and the constraints of working under someone. Instead, remember that in order to get to a place of impact, you will need to first start at the bottom. These important learning experiences will help you become the change you want to see in the world. Don’t be afraid to be vulnerable this week as it will make the people around you feel more connected to you.

Pisces (February 19 – March 20)

This week has been messy for you, Pisces. You may have felt scrambled and at a loss for direction. Luckily, there is an upcoming full moon in your sign which will bring back that confident energy you may have been lacking. Use that energy to put some wind in your sails and push you to be your best self. You’re very in tune with your emotions, but not all signs around you are. Check in on your Capricorn and Aries friends; they may need your empathy. Stay grounded this week, and you’ll kill any audition or crew call that comes your way!

Aries (March 21 – April 19)

Aries, Aries, Aries! This may be your best week. Your tendency for being number one means you are likely on the leadership side of things. If you are hiring people, make sure to surround yourself with those that celebrate your ideas, but also know how to keep you in check. You are passionate, which is great! But don’t let that passion blind you when making important decisions this week. If you’re hoping to get hired, then bring that passion to the forefront, and show people the motivated person that you are. Just make sure to work on your teamwork—you can’t always be in charge!

Taurus (April 20 – May 20)

Oof, Taurus, this does not seem like a great time for you. More inclined to lay back with a facemask and an essential oil diffuser than go from general meeting to general meeting, this week may have set you off-kilter. Leave some time for getting down to Earth, but remember that a bit of hard work now will pay off later. As Saturn ends its retrograde, get ready to shed off the relationships you may have outgrown in that time and choose what’s best for you. If they can’t hang, then that’s on them, not you. Here are some important skills to highlight in interviews: ambition, focus, and resilience.

Gemini (May 21 – June 20)

Hello to the social butterfly of the Zodiac! This time is the best for showcasing your great communication skills and acing those interviews or auditions! Consider getting into positions like Secretary or Social Media Manager as those really celebrate your ability to be the liaison between other less communicative signs. If you feel that you’re not getting enough of what you want, you better put your negotiating skills to the test and prove your capabilities. If you mess up any time this week, don’t let it get to you. Do what you do best—bounce back and move on. Try to spend some time with Libras as you flourish in Libra season.

Cancer (June 21 – July 22)

Oh man, Cancers. Hold in there. This is an emotionally laborious time with things getting busy and complicated. Find some pals to talk to, and don’t hold it all in. It’s okay to not be okay! When trying to get hired, celebrate your best qualities, they make you a perfect team member. Your loyalty, compassion, and commitment are something worth mentioning. Saturn returns to Capricorn this week so it’s a good time to check in on your personal and professional relationships. Get to the root of any issues before they fester and hurt you. You don’t want to dim that wonderful emotional depth!

Leo (July 23 – August 22)

Shine the spotlight, Leo has arrived. This is a great time for Leos to shine bright and celebrate and show off your vivaciousness. This bright fire sign lights up a room and leaves an impact on all those who enter. This is great for hiring week as you want to be remembered! Remember that your spotlight shouldn’t blind those in the room. A lovely astrological diva needs to know the time to take the stage, and the time to step back and let someone else into the limelight. Avoid that drama, and be a better member of a team as a result!
