Tuesday, Nov. 19 

ECPD was notified of a staff member being trapped inside an elevator in the Walker Building. Facilities Management was able to free the staff member in a couple of minutes.

The Office of Housing and Residence Education turned over cannabis, a cannabis grinder and smoking paraphernalia found inside a student suite in the Little Building to ECPD. 

Wednesday, Nov. 20 

ECPD investigated a report of an elevator entrapment inside the Walker Building. Upon arrival, ECPD could not find any signs of entrapment and the elevator was running normally.

Thursday, Nov. 21

ECPD investigated a suspicious telephone call.  An investigation revealed the call was made from a hospital in California and there was no credible threat to the campus.

Friday, Nov. 22 

A staff member reported a person smoking drugs inside the Boylston Place Alley. ECPD officers found an individual doing drugs and confiscated what appeared to be “crack” cocaine.  A criminal complaint will be filed for drug charges.

A student reported suspicious activity near the Colonial Theater that is being investigated by ECPD.

ECPD received a report of someone pouring a liquid from Piano Row on to pedestrians.  

ECPD confiscated cannabis and drug paraphernalia taken from a student suite in Piano Row.

OHRE turned over to ECPD cannabis, a grinder, and a bong found inside a student suite inside the Paramount Center.

Saturday, Nov. 23

A student reported having over $7,000 of film equipment belonging to the College stolen while filming off-campus.

ECPD and the Boston Fire Department responded to a fire alarm in the Little Building. The cause of the fire alarm was unknown, but there was no fire or injuries to report.

OHRE found drug paraphernalia and empty alcohol inside an underaged student suite in Piano Row. The paraphernalia was turned over to the ECPD for disposal.
