Three pedestrians were hit Friday afternoon by a vehicle that also crashed into a sushi restaurant in Downtown Boston, according to police.
Boston police responded to the intersection of Stuart and Tremont Street at 3:34 p.m. after a vehicle drove into the restaurant, Genki Ya, on 232 Tremont Street.
The three individuals faced non-life-threatening injuries. Two people were taken to local hospitals, while the third victim was treated on scene, police said.
The Boston Inspectional Services Department responded to the scene to evaluate the building. The crash damaged the restaurant’s front door.
Police are investigating the incident. No further information was immediately available.
