Campus Crime Log 2/19

Monday, Feb. 2

The Emerson College Police Department and Boston Fire Department responded to an accidental fire alarm activation by contractors in The Paramount Center.  No one needed to be evacuated and the alarm was quickly stopped.

 

Tuesday Feb. 3 

A student had their cell phone stolen after the student left it unattended inside a bathroom in the Walker Building.

ECPD and BFD responded to Dunkin’ Donuts for a fire alarm. Upon arrival, the manager of Dunkin’ Donuts reported someone had accidently hit the pull box and activated it. 

 

Thursday Feb. 5

A student reported the theft of personal items from a locker room inside the fitness center in Little Building. 

 

Friday Feb. 6

ECPD assisted the Office of Housing and Residence Life in confiscating of marijuana from a student’s room in Piano Row.

 

Wednesday Feb. 11

A student had property stolen after leaving it unattended inside a classroom in the Ansin Building. 

 

Thursday Feb. 12

A vendor reported being harassed by a co-worker at Little Building.

 

Friday Feb. 13

A student had property stolen from the student’s dorm room in Piano Row. 

OHRL called for ECPD to investigate a large party in Piano Row.  ECPD confiscated a large amount of alcohol and drug paraphernalia. 

  

Saturday Feb. 14

A staff member reported that garage doors to the scene shop at 647 Summer St. were damaged.  An officer saw that the doors were pushed in and caused by a tractor removing snow.
