Campus Crime Log: Feb. 26

Wednesday, Feb. 18 

A male student got stuck inside of an elevator on the seventh floor of the Little Building. The Emerson College Police Department was able to find the student, who said he was trapped for about three minutes before the elevator was opened. Facilities management was alerted. 

ECPD helped the Office of Housing and Residence Life with a report of a student using marijuana in the Little Building. 

Thursday, Feb. 19. 

ECPD looked into a report about someone who was on the second floor of the Little Building without permission. The person was identified and asked to leave. 

Saturday, Feb. 21 

A student had personal property stolen while at Emerson’s Cafe. 

Sunday, Feb. 22 

ECPD officers found that someone had smashed the Tremont Street glass door to the OHRL office in the Little Building. 

ECPD and the Boston Fire Department responded to The Paramount Center for a low-pressure sprinkler alarm in the loading dock area. Boston Fire Department couldn’t find a cause for the alarm and a sprinkler contractor was notified to look into it.
