Tuesday, Oct. 20

A staff member reported the theft of a brass door handle from Emerson’s Colonial Theatre. An investigation revealed that the handle was not stolen but removed for safe keeping because it was loose.

Wednesday, Oct 21

A student reported having personal items stolen while on Boston Common for Quidditch practice.

Contractors reported the theft of building materials that were left inside the Boylston Place construction site.

Thursday, Oct. 22

Facilities Management reported that a window had been vandalized inside the Colonial Building residence hall.

The Emerson College Police Department investigated a report of two people acting suspiciously inside the Paramount Center. ECPD found the two individuals, questioned them, and gave them a warning not to trespass.

Friday, Oct. 23

A staff member reported receiving a concerning telephone call while at work in Piano Row.  

A student reported that while on Boston Common an individual followed her onto the intersection of Tremont Street and Avery Street. The student was not harmed or threatened, but felt uncomfortable.

A student reported possibly being a victim of fraud.

A student reported being a victim of a pickpocketing while riding the MBTA subway.

Saturday, Oct. 24

A student reported having a personal item stolen while inside Panera Bread on Stuart Street.

Monday, Oct. 26

A student reported the fraudulent use of their credit card.
