Emerson faces accusations of unsafe campus from website

correspondent

James O’Leary, wrote in an e-mail that he sought to create an outlet for Emersonians

who don’t think the school deserves its ranking.

“Emerson isn’t a campus of thugs, it’s a campus of actors, future filmmakers, and aspiring journalists,” O’Leary wrote. “[The Daily Beast’s] formula for determining the nation’s most dangerous is seriously flawed, and it is tarnishing the reputation

of some outstanding schools in the Boston area.”
