Many students and organizations host events at Emerson and broadcast them on EmConnect’s event page and fliers on bulletin boards around campus. The Beacon’s Living Arts section went through the events for the next week and picked out a few that seemed interesting.

Flawed Comedy, a section of Flawless Brown, is an Emerson women of color comedy collective. They will be hosting their final show on Tuesday at 9 p.m. in the Cabaret.
Facebook Video Workshop
The School of Communication has partnered with Facebook to host a workshop about creating Facebook video content and earning money by growing your presence on the social media platform. The workshop will be held on Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Bill Bordy Theater.
Noteworthy Goes Under the Sea
Student-led a cappella group, Noteworthy, will showcase their spring music selection and honor graduating senior members. The show will take place on Thursday from 8 to 10 p.m. in the Semel Theater. Tickets are $5 and all profits will go to Oceana, an ocean conservatory advocacy organization.
Derbyn Outfitters
Derbyn comedy, a student comedy group, will host its final show of the semester on Thursday from 10 to 11 p.m. in the Cabaret.
