Night 1
Roman Reigns vs. CM Punk vs. Seth Rollins
Four years ago, if you asked fans of WWE if CM Punk would return, most fans would have said “yes” out of hope, knowing it wouldn’t happen. However, when CM Punk did finally return to WWE after 10 long years, the fandom was sent into a blaze.
At the Royal Rumble 2025, this match was planted when CM Punk eliminated both Roman and Seth Rollins, leading to a triple threat match at Wrestlemania. Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins have a long history with each other, with many classic matches, but this will be the first time their match is on the grandest scale.
Seth Rollins and CM Punk were set to have a match last WM, but due to CM Punk’s injury, they ended up having a match at the premiere of “Raw on Netflix,” with Punk winning. The history between these three is strong and will create an interesting and tense match—especially with Paul Heymans as Roman Reigns manager, as he was formerly CM Punk’s manager.
Tiffany Stratton (c) vs. Charlotte Flair
Stratton and Flair are at very different stages of their careers, which makes this storyline incredibly interesting. Stratton is a first-time champion competing in her fourth year for WWE. Flair is a 14-time champion and a WWE vet and legend. Flair returned from a torn ACL at the Royal Rumble 2025 and ended up winning, which set up this dream match at WM.
World Heavyweight Championship:Gunther (c) vs. Jey Uso:
Gunther won the World Heavyweight Championship back at Summerslam in August. Since 2020, Uso has drastically improved his career, from Tag title matches to Main eventing WM night one and being involved in one of WWE’s greatest storylines—The Bloodline. This is a big chance for USO not only to prove himself, but to silence all of the fans that have doubted him over the years. For Gunther, it’s a chance to prove to the fans he is not only the best wrestler in the world, but on his way to being one of WWE’s next legends.
United States Championship: La Knight (c) vs. Jacob Fatu
La Knight is one of the most popular rising superstars in WWE, from his amazing promos to his ability to connect fans through his words and in-ring skills. However, Jacob Fatu who is one of WWE’S rising superstars is looking to pick up his first title win.
World Tag Team Championships: The War Raiders (Erik and Ivar) (c) vs. New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods)
The New Day turning bad shocked the WWE Universe. Marking a new chapter for the Tag team. Erik and Ivar won their first title in five years, at the Dec. 16, 2024, show, and are looking to keep the title reign going at WM.
Jade Cargill vs. Naomi
Cargill was written off television after being mysteriously attacked backstage. She then returned at March’s Elimination Chamber to beat down Naomi. Both Wrestlers are making their singles Wrestlemania debut.
El Grande Americano vs. Rey Mysterio
El Grande Americano (Chad Gable) is set to make his singles WM debut against a veteran Rey Mysterio. Over the past weeks, Mysterio and Gable’s factions have had issues, which led to Rey Mysterio challenging Gable to a match.
Night 2
Undisputed Championship: Cody Rhodes (c) vs. John Cena (Night 2 Main Event)
John Cena shocked the world when he brutally attacked Cody Rhodes, along with The Rock, after winning the Elimination Chamber. In what will be John Cena’s final Wrestlemania match, it’s the first time he’s competing as the “villain.” Cody Rhodes looks to continue his reign in what should be an action-packed main event.
Women’s World Championship: Iyo Sky (c) vs. Bianca Belair vs. Rhea Ripley
Belair won the shot for the title after winning the Elimination Chamber. The next night had Sky winning the title from Ripley. After Ripley’s rematch ended in both women being disqualified, this match turned into a triple threat. Ripley will look for her third straight Wrestlemania win, and Belair looks to continue her success from previous Wrestlemanias.
Intercontinental Championship: Bron Breaker (c) vs. Penta vs. Finn Balor vs. Dominik Mysterio
Penta has been one of WWE’s rising talents and, after Balor lost a title match, Balor and Mysterio challenged Breaker and Penta to a tag match. Balor and Mysterio won due to Breaker accidentally hitting Penta with a spear. Breaker looks to continue his impressive reign as Mysterio and Penta look to win their first IC title, and Balor looks to recapture the title he last won in 2019.
Damian Priest vs. Drew McIntyre
Priest cashed in on McIntyre last year at Wrestlemania after a CM Punk ambush. McIntyre failed his own cash-in attempt on Priest and was later eliminated by Priest at the Rumble. This year-long feud comes to an end april 20th.
WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship: Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez (c) vs. Bayley and Lyra Valkyria
Morgan has been one of the rising stars over the past couple of years. She teamed up with Rodriguez and won the women’s tag title. Bayley and Valkyria, who had a strong first year in WWE, will fight them for the titles.
AJ Styles vs. Logan Paul
Styles returned from injury, and started a feud with Paul after eliminating him from the Royal Rumble. After numerous tense weeks, these two will face each other at Wrestlemania.
Randy Orton vs. TBD
Randy Orton was set to face Kevin Owens at WrestleMania, but Owens’ neck injury led to the match being canceled. Fans are speculating his new opponent could be Nick Aldis, Solo Sikoa, or Aleister Black, who recently re-signed with WWE. There’s also a possibility of The Rock facing Orton in a dream match.
