Monday, March 12

A student reported to the Emerson College Police Department that a men’s restroom inside the Walker Building had been vandalized with insensitive graffiti. The graffiti was documented and Facilities Management was notified.  

Wednesday, March 14

A resident of Piano Row reported to ECPD that their laptop may have been stolen from their suite over spring break. The matter is under investigation.

Thursday, March 15

A resident of 2 Boylston Place reported to ECPD that their personal property was vandalized during spring break. The matter is under investigation.

A student reported to ECPD that they lost rented college property while on spring break. The proper college department was notified of the loss.

Securitas from the Colonial Building notified ECPD that two individuals by-passed security. An ECPD officer located the individuals who were then properly signed into the building.

Friday, Mar. 16

An ECPD officer found the doors to the BackStage Café unsecured. The cafe was searched and the doors were secured.

ECPD officers encountered an inebriated male inside the Barnes & Noble at Emerson who said he was ejected from Whiskey Saigon without his coat. While officers attempted to retrieve the coat, he became combative and was removed from the building. The Boston Police Department responded and arrested the male for disorderly conduct.
