Wednesday, Oct. 18
The Securitas shuttle driver reported to the Emerson College Police Department that he struck a pillar while parking the shuttle and damaged the vehicle slightly.
ECPD found a fraudulent driver’s license while inspecting lost and found property. After interviewing the student about the license, ECPD turned the matter over to the Office of Community Standards & Student Conduct for disciplinary action.
Thursday, Oct. 19
Boston Police requested assistance reviewing video of an Oct. 14 altercation involving individuals not affiliated with the college for possible prosecution.
ECPD responded to the Dining Center after a person unaffiliated with the college tried to walk past the Securitas officer. The Securitas officer reported removing the individual, who then threatened the officer.
Friday, Oct. 20
Students playing catch accidentally smashed an outer glass casing on one of the gas-operated lamps in the Boylston Place alley. Facilities Management was notified of the damage for possible repair.
A student reported the theft of their keys to ECPD after they left the keys in their suite’s exterior door.
