Incident Journal: ECPD responds to single-vehicle crash on Tremont Street, BPD investigates incident

Monday, Sept. 25

ECPD responded to the Little Building at 8 a.m. for a student in need of medical assistance. ECPD provided aid and the student did not seek additional medical attention.

Monday, Sept. 25

ECPD responded to a single-vehicle crash at 10:33 a.m. on Tremont Street in the area of LaGrange Street which involved an Emerson staff member. The victim was provided medical aid and the Boston Police Department investigated the incident.

Wednesday, Sept. 27

HRE staff requested ECPD to respond to the Little Building at 11:25 p.m. for a potentially injured student. ECPD rendered aid and the student did seek additional medical attention.

Thursday, Sept. 28

ECPD reported to the Emerson Athletic Center at 11 a.m. for a student in need of medical assistance. ECPD provided aid and escorted the student to the Emerson Wellness Center where they received additional aid.

Thursday, Sept. 28

ECPD responded to a fire alarm at 7:20 p.m. that evacuated floors eight, nine and 10 of the Little Building. Boston Fire Department responded to the scene and determined that the cause of the alarm was not a fire. They gave the all clear and students were allowed back into the building without incident.

Saturday, Sept. 30

An Emerson College student walked into ECPD at 2:30 p.m. seeking medical assistance. ECPD provided aid and the student did seek additional medical attention.

Saturday, Sept. 30

ECPD and Emerson facilities responded to the Little Building for a student who was stuck in elevator #5. When the elevator opened the student exited, declined medical attention, and left the area without incident.
