Recipes from yuppie chef not very yummy

Lieberman’s Food Network show, “Good Deal with Dave Lieberman,” airs Saturdays and Sundays.,Dave Lieberman, author of the newly-released cookbook Dave’s Dinners: A Fresh Approach to Home-Cooked Meals, is described on his Web site, davecooks.net, as “the Food Network’s hot young chef.”

Lieberman’s Food Network show, “Good Deal with Dave Lieberman,” airs Saturdays and Sundays. The show features Lieberman educating twenty-something yuppie types on how to create gourmet food on a budget.

Lieberman certainly falls into the yuppie category; within the first few pages of his cookbook, the reader is treated to two different pictures of Dave, one in a blue shirt and the other in a brown Hollister polo.
