In support of the 13 students who were arrested Friday afternoon, approximately 46 campus organizations as of March 27 wrote statements. In these statements, students condemned student suppression and advocated for free speech.

Some organizations called for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and expressed their support for Palestinian liberation. Many others advocated for the students’ right to free speech and expression.

In addition, community stakeholders have begun signing statements of support.
