Sex information and condoms should be safe, legal, plentiful

I would hope the problem of student unwanted pregnancy or AIDS is not great at Emerson. As additional protection, however, I propose that free condoms upon request be made available to students at a location known to all students as well as free information about the availability of abortions and other forms of birth control at specific clinics as well.

If free condoms and information about abortion, AIDS and other birth control is already available through one of the Emerson facilities, than this letter is an anachronism. I find that hard to believe, however, because of the current research indicating that the majority of college students are sexually active.
