Daniel O’Toole, Dept. Sports Editor

Daniel O’Toole (he/him) makes the short trip from Malden, Massachusetts to arrive at Emerson. A first-year journalism student, Daniel is currently a staff writer in the sports section. He likes to pay close attention to and write about Boston sports teams and most of the big leagues across the country. Before coming to Emerson, Daniel was named to the MASPA 2024 All-State journalism team for his work done in high school, and participated in the NEHSJC this past summer in collaboration with The Boston Globe. Outside of his work, Daniel enjoys spending time with those close to him and traveling around Boston to try new things.
