Jules Telfort is a freshman journalism major and political communications minor born in Môle Saint-Nicolas, Haiti. She serves as a Beacon staff copyeditor and intends to make her mark in journalism through fair and accurate reporting. When she is not scouring Slack for stories to grab and copyedit, she can usually be found in her room reading a book or rewriting the 56th draft of her book’s first chapter.
