Wednesday, Feb. 28

A student reported a missing wallet to the Emerson College Police Department. The student said unapproved charges were made on their credit cards. ECPD gave the student identity theft information from the Federal Trade Commission.

Thursday, March 1

An unidentified person stole a pair of earphones from the Barnes & Noble at Emerson. The incident is under investigation by ECPD.

Friday, March 2

ECPD responded to a report of a bicycle locked to a fourth-floor railing inside the Paramount Center. The matter was referred to the Office of Community Standards and Student Conduct.

A non-Emerson student reported to ECPD that they were assaulted by an identified Emerson student on the sidewalk near the Colonial Building. The matter was referred to the Office of Community Standards and Student Conduct.

Saturday, March 3

A resident assistant from Piano Row turned over a large bread knife found during the spring break room safety checks to ECPD.

Tuesday, March 6

ECPD requested assistance from the Boston Fire Department and the Boston Animal Care and Control Shelter to release a hawk caught in netting near the top of the Cutler Majestic Theatre. BFD and Animal Control freed the hawk.
