ECPD provides medical assistance, responds to trespassers

Tuesday Feb. 22 

ECPD responded to a call for medical assistance at 2:30 p.m. in Piano Row. ECPD assisted the student in need, who also sought additional medical assistance. 

Wednesday, Feb. 23

ECPD responded to the Dining Center for an attempted bypass by an unidentified non-Emerson community member at 9:10 a.m. No one was injured during this incident.  

Thursday, Feb. 24

The security cage in the north stairwell of the Little Building was disabled by a student, who was referred to Community Standards and Student Conduct for whatever actions they deem appropriate.

ECPD became aware of students vacating the eighth floor of Paramount residence hall through an emergency fire exit door Thursday night. The students were referred to Housing and Residential Education staff for whatever actions they deem appropriate.

ECPD responded to the Walker Building and provided medical assistance to a student at 1 p.m. The student did not seek additional medical attention.

ECPD responded to a call for medical assistance at the Union Bank building on Thursday at 3:30 p.m. ECPD aided and the individual, who sought additional medical attention.

ECPD responded to a reported trespass at Piano Row at 8:25 p.m. The non-Emerson male was located and removed from the building and given a trespass notice. There were no reported issues as a result of the trespass.

Friday Feb. 25

ECPD responded to the Tufte Building for a report of a student in need of medical attention at 11 p.m. ECPD aided the individual, who also sought additional medical attention.
