Arthur Mansavage

Arthur Mansavage, Photo Editor & Audience Development Editor

Arthur Mansavage (he/him) is a junior Journalism student from Carmel, Indiana. He is the Photo Editor and Audience Development Editor at The Berkeley Beacon. He oversees all photo content and manages reader experience and engagement online and in print. In February of 2024, he fully redesigned the Beacon’s website layout to model the current industry standards. Mansavage is also a member of the National Press Photographers Association (NPPA) and in November of 2023 received an NPPA Monthly News Clip award for his coverage of the protests during Vice President Kamala Harris’ visit to Boston. His protest coverage was also given an honorable mention by the 2024 International Photography Awards. In April of 2024 the Emerson College department of Journalism awarded him the Photojournalism Excellence Award.
